Clean and Jerk (Every 90 Seconds for 6 sets )

Slow Pull Clean + Jerk

Sets 1-2 = 2 reps @ 80% of 1-RM Clean & Jerk

Sets 3-4 = 1 rep @ 85% of 1-RM Clean & Jerk

Sets 5-6 = 1 rep @ 90% of 1-RM Clean & Jerk

Bench Press (2 Reps every 2 min for 8 min )

Bench Press x 2-3 reps @ 80-85%

Grace (Time)

For Time:
30 Clean and Jerks, 135# / 95#
