My husband and I started our CrossFit journey just over three years ago and we have been searching for a new home after moving back to AZ. We have finally found our forever home. Narrow Gate took us in a few months ago and we have never felt more comfortable and yet more sore! Why are we excited to be sore. It is showing us that we had way more in our reserve tank and able to hit new PR’s that we didn’t know existed. You are not a membership number here you are part of a family. We can’t say enough about the coaches (Niki, Kevin, & Merrek to name a few) they are amazing and motivate you to be the best each WOD and not to mention the awesome community. We are so happy we found Narrow Gate.

  • For a long time I’ve thought about trying crossfit but I always told myself once I’m in better shape. Last year I got really sick and had to have surgery and on meds. I started to eat better but working out at la fitness I was not changing or getting any healthier. In September I started looking around and visited several Crossfit gyms in the area. I came across Crossfit Narrow Gate. I met Kevin and after talking with him I felt like this was the one to try. It was the best decision I ever made. The coaching is top notch, the people are amazing and the community this gym has is awesome. I haven’t felt this good in years or in the shape I’m in now. I have a long way to go but I couldn’t be happier.
