CrossFit Narrow Gate



In these hour-long classes you can expect to go through a warm-up with mobility, followed by strength or skill work, and then a WOD (metabolic conditioning). Keeping with the constantly varied aspect of CrossFit, you can expect any combination of movements from Olympic and powerlifting, gymnastics, plyometrics, calisthenics, cardio. We promise to continuously work to challenge you both physically and mentally in different ways, every day. Once you try it, you may never want to go to the “other gyms” again!

L.i.f.e Class

The focus of this class is to provide fitness training in a group setting for individuals that want to emphasize fat loss, increased flexibility, and have more energy so they can feel and look better. This class is designed for those who don’t want to focus on the weightlifting aspect of CrossFit. L.I.F.E. class is tailored for individuals who want to get into the best shape of their life and have fun doing it.


This program is for anyone who would like to increase their knowledge and proficiency of weightlifting. We offer structured programming, technical instruction, and smaller class size for true improvement in strength, technique, and efficiency. Whether you want to compete in USAW sanctioned meets or improve your lifts in CrossFit, this club will benefit you.


It is often said that your fitness level is 20% your activity and 80% the things you put in your mouth. And we don’t disagree. To help you really understand the power of nutrition in your quest to get healthier, we offer both 1-on-1 and Group Nutrition Services.

Specialty Courses

Specialty Courses are a chance for you to, well, get specific and focus in on a certain type of activity or skill. Examples of our Specialty Course lineup are: Gymnastics, Weightlifting, Strength, and Endurance. Check our events page for details!

Open Gym

Open Gym is an opportunity for athletes to work on skills, strength, or to make up a WOD. Open gym is not a coach led time, however, there will always be a coach in the facility to help when needed.

Personal Training

Working 1-on-1 with an experienced coach is always going to be the quickest way to the results you want. When you sign up for Personal Training with us, you’re signing up for a unique program written and coached specifically to your current level. Our Coaches will track your specific data to show you steady progress over the course of your program. Our recommendation is that you take advantage of at least 1 Personal Training session per week in along with your Group Classes to ensure maximum results.
